Just because I have things to do, it does not make me reliable, or responsible. Those who declare some as 'scum of the earth' are usually the scum everyone else fears. If you ever find yourself calling someone a name, or giving a unfavorable attribute, you might be the person whom you dislike so much.

Lucca vs. NY&C

I got a new job at New York & Company, along with my current job at Dolce Vita (formally known as Lucca). I hope they get jealous and start a brutal fight over me. Lucca with it's hippie party girl attitude versus NY&C with it's business dress code. Lucca throws a stick, and NY&C laughs, grabs a lead pipe, and hits Lucca in the jugular. The Lucca back fires with a poisoned cocktail, causing NY&C to see things. I'm sure this would make a great reality show. Only one can win my true love. THE FIGHT IS ON!


I find is halarious, though, that NY&C wants me to dress like I worked in a office, seeing as I will probably never work in a office environment, or have a office. I mean, I'm just a sales associate, my job is to look pretty and sell credit cards. Oh, and they won't let me wear the jeans, shorts, and lazy tees they sale. Why offer them if you don't want us to buy them. Butts, the girls are friendly.

Indie.

It seems to be a modern marvel that music has become a fashion. I'm sure most people have a friend simply because of a common music interest. Indie music as a genre in particular has become a exclusive group. What exactly is indie though. The name indicated independent music, from large labels. But this is not the case. Before the genre, all music labels were independent, relieing on a group of artist to bring enough revenue to support the label allowing less known bands a record deal. Fundamentals of the music business means indie music is always working with, and often because of the main stream music industry. Essentially, indie music is in no way independent. The genre relies of mainstream music to support small labels, and to create an interest in alternative music. Even MGMT, the indie scene's golden child, is on public radio. I saw a older woman wearing their concert tee just a few days ago. Even the indie rock of the nineties (Belle & Sebastien, Death Cab for Cutie, R.E.M.) has become mainstream. So why are indie fans to pretentious, and exclusive, when the genre is neither. Like most forms of media art, it has become a fashion, making those indie fans ultimately look like drones

Sweet Temptation.

I'm obseesed with knowing the calories, fat, sugar, and sodium amounts in foods. Why? Because I like to know what I'm eating.

Unhealthiest Drink: Baskin-Robbins Large Heath Bar Shake

That's more calories than I'm supposed to eat in a day, and enough sugar to kill me. Oh sweet temptation! I can imagine the warm caramel in the bottom with swirls of soft serve and heath bar sprinkled around. I sit by my window sometimes, day dreaming of what it tastes like.

Master Cleanse.

I'm trying out the 'Master Cleanse' this week. I eat too much sugar. It is supposed get rid your body of toxins, and bad food habits. Hopefully I'll start eating better after. I'm limited down to 8-12 glasses of a lemonade-type drink a day, for 5 days. I tried to start Sunday, but I ended up eating some delicious sweets. I failed today by eating ice cream bars.

But I'm doing it fo real tomorrow till Sunday (maybe Monday). I'm bored, I'm going to eat my last slice of cheese for the week (hopefully).

Update: I made the water mixture, and nearly vomited all over the register at work. The hard part was forcing myself to drink it, not the starvation part. I only lasted on day with the drink, but I drank lemon water for three days till I broke.
